Since a few years, I am practising Daoist meditation and am
studying Chinese philosophy. So I came in contact with the Daodejing, a Chinese
classic, written down around 400 BC, accredited to the philosopher Laozi. The
Daodejing, besides the Zhuangzi the basic text of Daoism, is a collection of
deep, metaphysical texts.
At a time when I was studying the daodejing very intensively, I had the idea
to illustrate the first chapter, which expresses the daodejings content in concentrated
form. For that, I finally wrote my own interpretation, basing on my meditation
experience, and with the generous help of two experts.

1
In English:
1
I can walk a path, but not the eternal path.
I can call a name, but not the final name.
In the unnamed lies the origin of heaven and earth.
Name is the mother of the ten thousand things.
Within nothing I experience the elusive.
Within being I experience the bordered.
The two, one origin, different names,
together they share deepness.
When I follow the deepness,
The door opens to the mystery.
